​​Kiryat Ata was founded in 1925 and declared as a city in 1969. Its prime geographic location makes it highly attractive to investors and leading entrepreneurs in the Israeli market. In recent years many have come to recognize the city’s immense potential. The city covers an area of approximately 20,000 dunams, equal in area to the size of all the other Kirya localities combined. It is currently home to over 60,000 residents, and over the next 15 years, the number of residents is expected to reach approximately 120,000, thanks to numerous real estate projects that are in advanced stages of implementation and planning.​​
