Savyoney Givatayim

Savyoney Givatayim is a unique residential neighborhood comprising five buildings: three 5-story terraced buildings, and two high-rise residential towers. The neighborhood enables families to achieve higher living standards without needing to move away from the central region, while enjoying a city that provides especially high quality community services. This project was built in cooperation with the Neve Schuster company, and is located in the center of Givatayim between the shopping mall and health club. Among the project’s 180 apartments are six penthouses and two duplexes.
