​Savyon Bamashtela: Tel Aviv’s Natural North

Due to its success, Phase 2 of Savyon Bamashtela has already been launched in Tel Aviv's most pastoral location, featuring a smart home system and eco-friendly construction techniques.

Between fields and a spacious green park is the site of Savyon Bamashtela, which features nine prestigious buildings designed by architect Rami Wimmer to include especially impressive specifications.

The project incorporates green construction methods, and includes advanced speed-regulating elevators and energy-saving systems that permit the electricity to be recycled and re-routed to other areas of the building. In addition, the gardens and public areas have been designed to use drip irrigation for minimal water consumption, and energy-efficient lighting has been installed in the lobbies on each floor. 


The Apartments: Smart Design for Perfect Comfort

Savyon Bamashtela comprises two types of buildings: 9-story towers and boutique 4-story buildings containing just eight apartments each. A variety of apartments are available, including new 2, 3, or 4-bedroom apartments; 3, 4, or 5-bedroom garden apartments; 3 or 4-bedroom mini penthouses; and magnificent penthouses.

Next to Savyon Bamashtela is the neighborhood's main playground, and at the heart of the Mashtela neighborhood is a very pleasant pedestrian mall, a large public park with children’s paddling pools, and a commercial center. The neighborhood also includes a crèche, five kindergartens, and a school. In addition, residents benefit from the health club and community center in nearby Tzahala.
