Savyonim Estates Rishon LeZion

Savyonim Estates Rishon LeZion will be located on the eastern side of the city in the new Narkisim neighborhood, which will soon be established on the site of the vacated Camp Tzifrin. The entire neighborhood is expected to include some 4,000 residential units in a variety of buildings ranging from 5 to 20 stories. High-rises will be found in the heart of the neighborhood, surrounded by smaller 5-7 story structures.

Jerusalem Street will extend through the center of the neighborhood, forming its primary thoroughfare. The street will be lined by offices as well as residential buildings with storefronts, and the light rail is also planned to pass nearby. In addition, a large metropolitan park is intended to run from north to south along the neighborhood's eastern border. This sprawling urban park will be shared with the adjacent town of Beer Yaakov and the old city of Rishon LeZion.

The neighborhood is home to various historic structures dating back to the British Mandate period, which will be faithfully restored and preserved for residents' enjoyment. Airy green pathways and pedestrian lanes will wind their way between the buildings, creating a network of open areas throughout the neighborhood that will emphasize the importance of spaces for walking and cycling, alongside the neighborhood's many other transport options.

Savyonim Estates will comprise four individual complexes: Desert Savyon, Spring Savyon, Mountain Savyon, and Yellow Savyon, corresponding to the four varieties of Savyonim (groundsel flowers) native to Israel. Each complex will comprise 3-4 buildings on two lots, amounting to 13 new buildings and approximately 554 apartments overall.
