Oren Hod, CEO
A civil engineer and graduate of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Mr. Hod has more than 16 years’ experience in the real estate field. His past positions include a number of management roles in the A. Dori company, serving as VP Engineering at Neve Gad, and more. He was also involved in the development and construction of a variety of residential neighborhoods and luxury towers throughout Israel.
Micha Klein, Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Klein holds a BSc in civil engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa. He has 12 years of experience in management positions, and in the development, planning, and construction of real estate projects. His previous roles include chief engineer of Electra Construction, implementation manager at Neve Gad and project manager at Danya Cebus.
Aharon Frenkel, CFO
CPA Aharon Frenkel holds a BA in Economics and Accountancy from Bar-Ilan University. His has served in his current position since 2006, and was previously the financial manager of AFI Group’s residential division of Africa Israel, and manager of the Budget Department.
David Socket, VP Planning and Head Architect
Graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Architecture from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Mr. Socket has held his current position as VP Planning since 2008. His previous positions included Herzliya city engineer, Jerusalem regional planner for the Ministry of Housing and Construction, and member of the regional commission for planning and construction in Jerusalem.
Dan Gingis, VP Marketing and Sales
Dan Gingis holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration, from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an MBA from INSEAD in France. He has held a number of senior management positions within the Eldar Group, most recently as VP and Head of the Eldar-Soho Division. Gingis has considerable international experience, having served in various management positions for several companies specializing in residential development and construction, as well as in marketing activities for foreign investors in Budapest, Hungary.
Tal Falb, VP Engineering
Tal Felb holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa and an MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion. His previous positions include: Chief Engineer at Gav-Yam, and Northern District Manager at Ashtrom Engineering and Construction.
Vicky Kedar, Economics Division Manager
Ms. Kedar holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
